Deposit Information:

We will hold a room for 5 days without a deposit after that a 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. For bookings of 3 days or less a 100% deposit is required.

The deposit is payable by check, sent to our address in Tennessee (actually Eva’s Mom’s house) at 41 Riverview Drive, Oak Ridge, TN 37830.

NOTE:  the check is made out to “Eva Robbins” not "Hacienda Eden".  For guests living in Mexico, the deposit can be made by bank transfer to our account at Bancomer.  The balance is due in Mexico, payable in Travelers checks, Dollars or Pesos, no credit cards for balance please.

Cancellation Policy:

Your deposit, less 20% cancellation fee, will be refunded if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will receive a refund only for that portion of your reservation that we are able to successfully rebook.

Transfer of Reservation Policy:

We like to call it the “the non-transfer of reservation policy”. If you need to cancel your reservation and wish to offer your booking to friends or family please contact us before doing so as wait-listed guests will have priority. Thank you!

Cancelation Policy for Whole Hotel Booking:

There are no partial cancelations. There is a 15% (of the total) cancelation fee. If you cancel your whole hotel booking 6 months in advance we will refund your entire deposit minus the cancelation fee. If you make the cancelation within 6 months of your reservation we will try to re-rent your rooms and return any remaining deposit.

Partial Hotel Bookings:

It is possible to rent smaller parts of the hotel. For example all 4 bungalows (sleeping 8 people) or all 6 rooms, (sleeping 15 people) or all 4 suites (sleeping 12 – 14), or any combination of the above.

Cancellation Policy for Partial Hotel Bookings:

Your deposit, less 20% cancellation fee, will be refunded if the cancellation occurs more than 120 days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 120 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will receive a refund only for that portion of your reservation that we are able to successfully rebook.
